Chennai Super Kings’s story has been the story of resurgence this year. Many of their players didn’t had much game time since last ipl but still they came out fighting and are at second place in the points table. They have found the enforcer in Moeen Ali what they lacked very much last year and now Rituraj Gaikwad and Faf du plessis are also in form so they form a very formidable batting line up. They also found the wicket taker in powerplay i.e. Deepak Chahar and the overall look of their team looks pretty good.
Royal Challengers Bangalore are a team to beat this year they have found the perfect combination of their XI and everyone is looking in good form. In the last game they chased down 170 odd score in 17th over with 10 tickets in hand where Devdutt Padikkal scored a century. Mohammad Siraj is in the form of his life he is producing spells after spells that are match winning. And with the likes of Glenn Maxwell and AB de Villiers in form they can tame down any bowling attack on any given day. It should be a fascinating contest between the top two sides.
